CRXE may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• KYC verification has not been completed.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with CRXE's payment policy.
